Koji se podaci čuvaju
Računi, bankovni izvodi i podaci o plaćanjima koje vlasnik učita, koji stignu u poštanski sandučić tvrtke kod Fastmaila ili stignu kao eRačuni s ePoslovanja.
Tko obrađuje podatke
Svaki dokument osim eRačuna, učitan ili primljen mailom, šalje se API-ju tvrtke OpenAI radi čitanja dobavljača, iznosa i podataka za plaćanje. Datoteke s Google Drivea nikad se ne šalju.
Google Drive
Aplikacija ima samo dopuštenje drive.file. Vidi samo mape koje vlasnik odabere i datoteke koje sama u njima napravi. Koristi ih samo za spremanje računa i bankovnih izvoda za knjigovođu tvrtke. Ne traži Google profil ni e-mail adresu.
Podaci iz Google računa ne prodaju se, ne dijele se s trećim stranama i ne koriste se za oglase ni za treniranje modela umjetne inteligencije. Njihovo korištenje slijedi Google API Services User Data Policy, uključujući zahtjeve ograničene upotrebe (Limited Use).

Na poslužitelju tvrtke u EU. Kopije dokumenata nalaze se i na Google Driveu vlasnika.
Koliko se podaci čuvaju
Dokumenti se čuvaju dok ih tvrtka treba za knjigovodstvo. Podaci se brišu na zahtjev poslan na [email protected]. Opozivom pristupa na myaccount.google.com/permissions prestaje svaki pristup Google Driveu.

What data is kept
Invoices, bank statements and payment records that the owner uploads, that arrive at the company mailbox at Fastmail, or that arrive as eRačuni from ePoslovanje.
Who processes the data
Every document except eRačuni, whether uploaded or received by mail, is sent to OpenAI’s API to read the supplier, amount and payment details. Google Drive files are never sent.
Google Drive
The app uses the drive.file scope only. It sees just the folders the owner picks and the files it creates there. It uses them only to file invoices and bank statements for the company’s accountant. It asks for no Google profile or email address.
Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for ads or for training AI models. The app’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where data is stored
On the company’s server in the EU. Copies of documents are also in the owner’s Google Drive.
Retention and deletion
Documents are kept as long as the company needs them for its bookkeeping. Data is deleted on request to [email protected]. Revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions stops all Google Drive access.
